Anu Khosla is an emerging writer based in San Francisco. She was a participant in the Lighthouse Writers Workshop Book Project from 2022-2024, where she worked under the mentorship of Pulitzer Prize finalist Vauhini Vara. She has work published or forthcoming in BOMB, Electric Lit, The Millions, Barrelhouse, Write or Die, The Racket, and elsewhere. She is an alumna of the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop and Tin House. She is also a member of The Ruby, an arts & letters-focused collective of Bay Area women and nonbinary creatives. Anu was a finalist for the 2024 Black Warrior Review Nonfiction Contest.
Prior to becoming a creative writer, Anu worked as a brand strategist specializing in social impact and consumer branding. She received a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MPS in Branding from the School of Visual Arts, where she was a recipient of the 2016 Paula Rhodes Memorial Award for Exceptional Achievement in Branding.
